Violette Sproul
Founder & CEO of FemFessionals

Violette Sproul has always enjoyed bringing women together. In 1999, in Raleigh North Carolina, Violette founded Five Points Fitness, a private Pilates/Wellness boutique for women only. She had the talent of pairing groups of women into fitness classes based on their personalities. She ran a successful Pilates Studio for 7 years connecting women and changing their lives both through their newfound friendships and their newly fit physiques.Violette became involved with a group in Raleigh called “Chix in Biz”. The organization was founded by Elizabeth Galecke and later received its 501 3 C status. The group was created to assist self-employed women through networking and education, while always serving their community. The group inspired Violette and propelled her studio forward to the utmost success through the connections she made within the group and the tips provided during their meetings.Violette moved back home to Miami Florida in 2007 and was seeking a “Chix in Biz” organization to once again assist with business connections. After searching for the right fit, and not being successful in her search, she craved to once again, create a new concept to bring women together. She invited a few colleagues to a lunch to discuss the concept, and in 2009 Femfessionals was formed.

Niché Monet

Born August 11 as Nicola Charles, the eldest of seven children, to the late Luckener Charles and Beatrice Charles. As the oldest child, she quickly evolved into her mother’s greatest support system. Although this role resulted in her dreams being temporarily shelved, it fine tuned her sense of discipline, organization, and responsibility. As years passed, she pursued several career paths but, the reality that only true happiness comes when we do what we love continued to rest in her soul.

It was no secret she had a love for singing. She often reflected on her childhood days when she would occasionally sing at St. Thomas Baptist Church and could vividly remember how performing moved her spirit. Her love for music that sparked during her fordable years would inspire her to pursue a career in the music industry. Unfortunately, she became disheartened with those in the industry that could not understand her desire of creating music from her soul, and not falling prey to industry trends of the moment. Eventually, she began channeling her frustration by furthering her education in Audio Technology at the School of SAE in Miami, Florida. Unequipped with any formal musical training, Niché is now teaching herself to play piano and guitar as well as, enjoying the creativity of being a producer. Niché Monet’s unique vocal style delivery is original, honest and authentic. Her romantic soulful style will take you into lovers lane and as she performs, every song sounds as if it was styled personally for you.
Recently joining the management team of Miami’s own Slip N Slide Records, she maintains harmony with current industry trends while focusing her time developing her skills as a singer, songwriter, producer, engineer and entrepreneur. Niché Monet also generously donates her time to engineering and produced for local artists, bands and networking her personal projects under her own label Tune Vox Entertainment.
